Slow Cooker Macaroni and Cheese

The slow cooker is truly the easiest way to make the creamiest mac and cheese. Simply place all eight simple ingredients in the slow cooker and set on low. Two to three hours later, dinner is ready!

  • 1 pound shell pasta
  • 1 12-ounce can evaporated milk
  • 8 ounces Wisconsin cream cheese
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 tablespoons butter, cubed
  • 3 cups (12 ounces) Wisconsin sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Place all ingredients in slow cooker. Mix until combined.

Cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.

Test pasta for tenderness and serve.
